I'm Chris (and that cutie is Jäger), I'm a product designer living in California. I started designing when I was 14, creating custom overlays for Myspace. Remember them?
While in school I became intrigued with human behavior, so I studied Psychology and Human Computer Interaction. My junior year, I was selected to represent my school in a year long HCI research programme in England.
Fast forward to today, where I have been designing for the masses at companies such as eBay, Yahoo and Meta. I truly love creating things that people love to use.
When I'm not nerding out on design, some of my passions include: volunteering, auto racing, DJing, music production, baseball, traveling and photography.
Defining the problem, identifying the scope and finally, organizing the design roadmap to bring out 100% of every project.
No furrowed brows. I design and build products users absolutely love to use! From storyboarding, prototyping, information architecture and everything in between.
I can do everything from the graphic design of logos and brochures to entire product design systems. With an eye for aesthetics but also for accessibility.
We are in the mobile age. People are always on the go and have a computer in their pocket. Stand out with your own app.
With a background in psychology, research is in my blood. I am always trying to understand the user and can run test sessions
Want product photography? Event DJing? Brochure design? Let me know and we can work something out!
Chris is a great UI/UX Designer with attention to detail and always looking to learn more and better his craft. He is always willing to take some time to help other designers with feedback and constructive criticism. All-in-all, a great member to have on your team!
Chris is capable of taking a product from conceptual thinking all the way to deployment. This includes brainstorming, wireframing, mocking up, UI, user testing and making iterations, to deploying and monitoring. He understands and embraces project limitations such as time, tech debt, and scope. Chris is also a great colleague and capable in providing feedback on other design projects. His impact is already missed.
Chris is an excellent UX/UI designer that I had the pleasure to work with. He understands what it takes to design an effective user experience as I witnessed during a round of focus group testing where the respondents overwhelmingly had a favorable impression of the FreshFeed mobile app design and user interface. Chris would make a great addition to any organization and I would work again with Chris in a heartbeat!
Chris is a very detail-oriented designer and is great at communicating design decisions to product and engineering teams. He is extremely knowledgeable about both design and technology. He’s a great product designer and would make a tremendous addition to any UX team.
